  Menu diet






ok.. skg aku dah mula gemarkan makanan yg ade kt atkins diet. memula je rasa bosan. tp sekarang insyaallah tak. sebab aku berulamkan salad dan sayuran setiap hidangan. ok meh jengok sket jadual pemakanan aku.

7.15 pagi - Sarapan telur 2 biji (separuh masak/rebus/goreng)


10.00 pagi - SD2 250ml


12.00 tghari - tapau makan kt line clear. murah mknan kt sini lebih kurang rm2 - rm3. biase tapau sayur goreng dgn kerang atau ikan goreng


4.00 petang - bubble gum


6.00 petang - jogging


7.00 malam - telur 1 biji + cheesedar, chiken slice, salad, tomato
