Diet pemakanan dah ok.
Sarapan pagi juga tak ketinggalan dah ambil.
Pengambilan karbohidrat rasenye kurang dr 20gram sehari.
Sembelit tu kadang ade la jugak.
Pening2 n mual2 tu selalu sgt terasa.


Tapi


Ape lagi kurang? kenapa selama 6hr penurunan cume 000.0001 gram je?
Ape dah jadik ni cik mariana oi.!
